Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the systems and all the technology in our new building
• As an organizational talent, you manage the cleaning team and carry out quality controls
• Coordination and control of the trade and service companies
• Depending on your experience and previous qualifications, you will carry out minor repairs yourself
• You monitor the safety and hygiene standards throughout the hotel

You have the following qualifications:

• Passion and experience in organization and technology
• A friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Driving license “B”
• Good knowledge of German
